We are seeking a Pest Control Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about their work and enjoys interacting with customers.
Job Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service while responding to pest control service requests via phone, text, or email Receive and process service orders daily Maintain accurate records of each service provided via phone, text, or email Respond to customer inquiries regarding service requests and service scheduling Communicate with the Service Manager regarding customer service needs and product availability Maintain a clean workspace by washing and sanitizing equipment daily and keeping an organized inventory of products and supplies Maintain a professional appearance at all times while interacting with customers and colleagues Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager to ensure consistent high quality of service throughout the organization's operations Requirements:
Must have a smartphone (smartphone preferred) for processing services, scheduling services, and communicating with customers daily via text, phone, or email.
Must be able to navigate multiple apps simultaneously - multitasking abilities are a must! Must be organized with excellent time management skills.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to prioritize tasks according to importance.
Must be able to follow instructions without being asked.
Must be able to work independently without being forced into doing so by management.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must be proficient in using computer programs such as Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc.
- must have experience with Excel or other Microsoft programs.
