This position will be supporting the owners and office activities.
This individual must live locally, be well organized and follow-up, be mature and seasoned.
This individual must be able to lift at least 30 pounds.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and similar software, along with strong verbal and written communication skills in English as the role requires.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant Valid driver's license, registration and insurance Time management and organizational skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to details.
Strong professional communication skills, verbally and in writing Ability to work independently Flexibility is a must Excellent attendance and punctuality Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite Job
Responsibilities:
Handle confidential information Facilitate scheduling meetings Provide flawless execution of all travel and lodging needs for the executive member Handle general tasks and errands Perform a variety of different administrative tasks and short notice errands Purchasing for customers/company/personal, maintain office supplies Perform general office tasks assisting staff and accounting Handling requests for marketing materials Answering customer service calls Scan documents, maintain, and confirm for accuracy Additional assignments when necessary Job Types:
