Experience:
You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the grade 05 level in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes basic data collection procedures; providing assistance in training session, scheduling, and monitoring quality of work products. OR EDUCATION:
One full year of graduate level education OR superior academic achievement. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. GG-0301-09
Experience:
You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the grade 07 level in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes assisting with the conduct of recruiting of applicants; making arrangements for training facilities; reviewing the work of office and field staff; and providing assistance in areas, such as, office automation, equipment, and administrative operations as well as travel arrangements. OR EDUCATION:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree OR Two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.B. OR J.D., if related. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. GG-0301-11
Experience:
You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the grade 09 level in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes monitoring and guiding aspects of an organization's recruitment efforts; monitoring costs and progress of projects; providing oversight to formal training and administrative programs. OR EDUCATION:
PH.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.M., if related. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. GG-0301-12:
Experience:
You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the grade 11 level in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes everything at lower grades listed above as well as providing oversight to data collection programs and projects; analyzing demographic data and information; providing quality control oversight for information collected in support of office operations and providing administrative support to office management. EDUCATION:
No substitution of education for experience is permitted at the GG-12 level.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
